Terms of use
These terms cover tickets, circles, hosting, and partner offers on Marquee. By creating an account or buying a ticket, you agree to them.
Updated 9 September 2026
The house
Marquee is a marketplace. Hosts publish events. Guests buy tickets. Circles gather people. Brands and venues send partner offers. We provide the site, the desk, and the checkout — we do not put on the night unless we say so on that event.
Accounts
You must give a real email and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or used to harm other guests.
Tickets
A ticket is a right to attend that event, on those dates, in that type — not a resale licence unless the host says otherwise. Prices show the ticket plus Marquee’s 8% platform fee before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay, depending on the desk. Holds expire if checkout is not finished.
Refunds follow the host and the refund policy. If a night is cancelled, the host (or the house, when we must) will settle through the same rails.
Hosts and partners
Hosts and listed partners must complete papers before they can take money or publish offers. You warrant that you have the right to use the rooms, names, and marks you submit. Partner offers stay private until both sides sign.
Conduct
Do not scrape the bill, attack the service, or post anything illegal in a circle. We may remove events, posts, or accounts that break the law or these terms.
Liability
Nights are run by their hosts. Marquee is not liable for a door policy, a late start, or a room that does not match the listing, except where the law says we must be. The site is provided as it stands.
